Double bedroom in a house with 1 other person

I have a double room with lots of natural light, so it’s bright and sunny during the day. The house is a two-bedroom house. It’s around 15 minutes from the beach and really conveniently located right by the exit out of Portsmouth. There is a second parking permit available and I’ve never struggled to get parking in the evening.

I’d love to find someone friendly, clean and respectful who wants to feel at home here. It would be lovely to have someone I can have a chat with, socialise with now and then or occasionally cook with, while also being comfortable doing our own thing. I really value having a relaxed, peaceful home, so I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys a similar balance of friendly company and their own space.

I also have a very friendly indoor cat, so you’d need to be comfortable living with a cat 😊
