Master Double Room in 3 Bed End Terrace House

Hello everyone, I live here by myself and I am looking for a clean and tidy professional to occupy a large double bedroom. I myself am very clean, tidy and considerate. I take pride in my living space and try to maintain it to a high standard.

I work 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. On occasion I may have some friends and family over, but I will always try to communicate this in advance with respect and consideration.

I generally cook in bulk two or three times a week. I might have a Rustler's Burger on occasion (go on, judge me). There is a large fridge-freezer in the kitchen, and a separate freezer in the lean-to.

Parking on the street is via permit, which is available for purchase annually through PCC. I have a car, but usually ride my bicycle to work. I lock my bicycle outside in the forecourt. Bills are all included in the listed price. WiFi available and wired ethernet extension can be arranged.
