HI, I am looking for a guy to share the upstairs with one other tenant. The room is a large newly decorated room with internet access. All bills are included except television license. The heating is on all winter but if you need extra heat you may need to contribute towards the electric fire if you use it, but it's not usually needed. The house is a cozy house, the other tenant smokes in his room, and often walks round in his pants so the room won't probably be suitable for a lady. There are three tiny dogs downstairs who often pop upstairs to visit the other tenant. The room would suit a builder or someone who's not too fussy about sharing the landing with a smoker.
