Friendly, housemate wanted to join us in lovely large house. The House is located conveniently near the Albert Road.

We are in our 20s and have jobs in portsmouth after either travelling or recently qualifying from uni. We enjoy socialising with each other and going out in the evening for a few drinks.

The has double bed, chest of draws, side table, and wardrobe, It also benefits from original victorian features. There is also unlimited wireless broadband.

The house is very large with high ceilings and many original victorian features. The house benefits from modern bathroom with both shower and bath, and a seperate toilet. The living room has leather seats, Tv with SKY+, modern decorations/lighting. There is a conservatory which is good for drying clothes / dinning.

The house is really well located 100m from the albert road and 5 minutes walk from fratton train station.
