I am currently a live out landlord and have one of three lovely double bedrooms to let out.

Two of the 3 bedrooms are let out to professionals. The house has a homely feel as the lounge/ dining room is fairly large and spacious.

A medium double middle room with a double bed, stand alone wardrobe and chest of drawers.

All the rooms have been Recently decorated.

All in a gorgeous contemporary decorated 3 bedroom house located in central Southsea.

It is within walking distance of Fratton train station and 2 minutes walk to Albert Road.

The house has newly fitted double glazed windows throughout. It boasts a lovely kitchen and bathroom plus an extremely spacious lounge and dining room area with a wooden floor.

Upstairs each bedroom has been freshly decorated to a high standard.

The rooms come furnished with a double beds and wardrobes.

On road parking, paved garden, Virgin wireless internet and all bills included (including council tax).

The back double bedroom is ready to rent now. The other two bedrooms are let to two young professionals.
