It is located in one of the most beautiful, quiet and lovely areas of Southsea, with the sea and a wide beach at only 300 yards, beach cafes, tennis courts and a magical Rose Garden.

The flat has a big kitchen with all appliances, is fully furnished and has very spacious rooms. That's all that you need :)

Bills are not included, and they total approximately £150 per room per month for the whole flat.

The flat is suitable for 2 people, either a couple, who could use the extra room as a living room, or two independent individuals (e. g. students) who are willing to share.

The flat is available from Nov to Feb -with some flexibility- and therefore ideal for students to buddy up.
