Double room for rent
We are a couple who have bought their first home and are looking for like minded people to share it with.
The double room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and a TV.
The property is a 3 bed semi detached house in a quiet area. There is no driveway however there is a car park right outside with adequate parking and on road parking close by.
There is a downstairs and upstairs bathroom. A shared living room with brand new reclining leather sofas. A shared kitchen with brand new cooker, cooker hood, dishwasher, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer - however if requested there is a small fridge that the renter can use as their own.
This price includes all bills and groceries, WiFi access, Netflix and Disney plus.
We own two dogs - other dogs are welcome. Any person is welcome - single or couple.
