Double room in Tadley

Hi , I have moved to the area 3 years ago and had a lodger for this amount of time but she is now moving abroad so she has to leave . The double room is more updated than it shows in the photo uploaded but for privacy reasons , I don’t want to access the room whilst still occupied . The room has a king size bed , built in wardrobes , chest of drawers and smart tv . I have a daughter that stays over 2 nights a week and also have two very well behaved cats .LGBT friendly as i am part of that group. Newly fitted bathroom upstairs that we would share but also have a downstairs wc. Large newly fitted kitchen dinner available also. You will have access to cooking facilities at any time and whilst I am not home , you can also make use of the large living space . I am a very clean and tidy person so I would like to rent this room to someone that can respect that and keep the communal areas clean and tidy . Looking for someone Monday to Friday . Viewings can be arranged if given some notice . Thanks .
