Double room in Tadley

Hi , I have a double room to let from end of August to the end of the year . Shorter terms will be considered . The room has a king size bed , built in wardrobes , chest of drawers and smart tv . I have a teenage daughter that stays over 2 nights a week. I also have two very well behaved cats. Newly fitted bathroom upstairs that we would share but also have a downstairs wc. Large newly fitted kitchen dinner available also. You will have access to cooking facilities at any time and whilst I am not home , you can also make use of the large living space .I am a very clean and tidy person so I would like to rent this room to someone that can respect that and keep the communal areas clean and tidy . Viewings can be arranged if given some notice . Thanks .
