Non smoker (prefer Monday to Friday but open to full time ) rental for professional (who likes small dogs) required for Large double room in Tadley,(Nr Swimming pool roundabout) Easy access to AWE or Basingstoke via Car/Bus.

Furnished double room approx 4.5m x 2.5m with large built in wardrobe, draw unit, desk unit, small two seater settee and double bed, bedside table own small fridge/freezer with wi-fi access.

Use of kettle, toaster and microwave, ring hob if required (no air fryer in room) for day time use and use of main kitchen oven, hob and air fryer if required out of my work hours due to own business use of area in day time or previous tenants been self sufficient in room as week day rental only.

Shared use of main bathroom with bath and power shower. Use of enclosed garden with lawn and patio, downstairs snug/lounge area out of work hours if required and weekends.

Limited parking however road side parking in adjacent quiet trunk road if parking space on drive not suitable or available and in view of house from upstairs rooms at front of house . Bills include Gas, Electric, Water and Council tax.

Childcare business run from premises therefore a childcare DBS must be completed prior to rental with appropriate ID along with references. Once DBS registered online arrangements can be made to move in immediately but full clearance required in set period to allow continued stay and then the update service must be taken up to for regular update checks by landlord for own business . Failure to gain full DBS clearance in scheduled time will result in contract being terminated immediately. DBS documents required UK Passport/driving licence and bank statement.
