Both rooms have are doubles, fully furnished, the smaller of the two has a wall mounted tv. Bedroom 2 is Kingsize. The bathroom is shared but often there is only one person in the house so there shouldn’t be any queuing in the mornings! Downstairs cloakroom, kitchen with good facilities plus high speed Broadband. South facing garden and plenty of parking in residents car park.
