Off road parking for up to 2 vehicles, perfect for those with a horse box, trailer or motorhome or just multiple vehicles with further parking to the side of property. All bills included. No smokers but don’t mind those that vape. Live in landlady - 36 year old teacher DBS and horse owner. Other housemate is a 42 year old female accounts manager and her cat. Both clean and tidy individuals - house is usually empty during the day. With fairly early bedtimes and morning routines - would be looking for a lodger who shares similar routines. Shared use of kitchen (shared fridge/freezer with allocated space, own cupboards), Bathroom, garden and shed. Shared responsibility for keeping communal areas clean and tidy. Small cat friendly dogs or small pets welcome - sorry no other cats as current cat is very territorial.
