Furnished double room (for one person) available in bright and modern 4 bed semi-detached house, sharing with nearly 62 year old bloke and 24 year old (civilised!) son. Full use of lounge, kitchen, conservatory and garden, parking on drive (no big vans, tractors etc please!), possible use of garage to stash bicycle. Tenant shares modern tiled bathroom (separate bath and shower) with my son - I have my own en-suite. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Free Wi-Fi, no Sky but Netflix & Prime on living room TV. Full sporting facilities available in the form of a dartboard:-)

Near Park Gate: banks, post office, Co Op, takeaways, popular pub (The Talisman), curry house and kebab van. Easy access to Fareham, Portsmouth and Southampton - only a ten minute walk to Swanwick Station, 5 min drive to M27, 8 min cycle to Whiteley shopping Centre, Segensworth also in easy walking distance.

Would suit quiet'ish clean and tidy (no dishwasher so you wash your stuff up after dinner) professional aged 25 plus. I'm out three or more evenings a week to stave off cabin-fever as I work from home. I don't really cook so minimal kitchen queues. To avoid distractions during weekdays I'm looking for someone with a normal office-based 9 - 5'ish, Monday to Friday work pattern. If you like scotch that is a bonus.

Room available immediately subject to you not having a criminal record, it's not the biggest on the planet (it looks bigger in the cobbled together photo) but has loads of storage. Please supply your own bedding. I view the arrangement as a house-share even though I'm the 'boss' supposedly.
