Our Garden Room has independent access, underfloor heating, an ensuite toilet with electric shower, double bed (for single occupancy)

Shared facilities in the main building are: kitchen, laundry, dining room.
We are a friendly bunch and host occasional board game afternoons at weekends. The household is generally very quiet, and so are our neighbours.
We both are regular gym-goers.
Internet and Bills are included, subject to fair usage.
We have a cat, and as such we are sympathetic to pet owners, however, any prospective pets would need to be compatible with our little furry.
The price listed is for 7 days/week. It can be negotiated down for shorter occupancy.
We offer regular written lodger agreement. We ask for ID and proof of income.
