I have a double room with en-suite shower room in converted garage annex which has a separate entrance. The facilities include double bed, built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, book case and a chair.
Within the annex there will be a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster for personal use and a shared washing machine and separate tumble dryer. There is also a family kitchen and dining room with French doors opening onto patio and garden.
The premise’s has a combi boiler which provides constant hot water. Also included are wireless broadband and off road parking for 3 vehicles.
The house is situated 5min drive from the A3(M) and 2 min walk from local shops including a Tesco Express.
I work away a lot of the time and am only home some weekends and the odd week between contracts. My two children have left home but will visit maybe 1 weekend a month.
