Room has just come available due to long term female moving on.
The property is a large 4 bedroom house which is located on the Miller Walk Development, near to the Ageas Bowel and good access to the motorway, train station, airport and surrounding walks.
The room is a large room with a double bed wardrobe and drawers as any other room and comes with it own en-suite, basin and toilet. There is also a common bathroom which is available to use the bath if needed.
The household is quite, homely, chilled and relaxed environment with one other person, full use of the kitchen/dining and living areas within the property, a communal garden, I have small room with a office setup which can be used if you WFH.
