Double Room in lovely West Sussex Village

Double Bedroom

Double room available in the the beautiful Westbourne Village, ideally 5 days a week ( for a contractor working away ) but 7 days would be ok for the right person.
Shared bathroom facilites but we have two WC's. Shortly we will have another room that would be able to be used by the tennant in an evening as a seperate sitting room if required, this room would be used as an office during the day by me.
Shared Kitchen facilities with breakfast bar that was only built last year.
My son who is 22 lives with me most of the time, its a very relaxed peaceful environment with: 3 local pubs; Coop; Indian Restaurant; Cafe; Barbers & other local amenities all within a few minutes walk.
Situated between the Downs on one side & the sea on the other its a very picturesque place to be. Bills included.
You work regular hours, and not from home, as I work from home myself. In the first instance message me, telling me a little about yourself.
