Double en-suite room, Whiteley/NATS

Double en-suite room available (Monday to Friday rental only) from May 2026 in a great location in Whiteley, just a couple of minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and cinema. There’s easy access by foot to NATS and the local business parks as well as the M27 if travelling further afield.

The house is a detached property in a quiet cul-de-sac, and has a large kitchen/diner. The room available for rent is a furnished double complete with recently refitted en-suite shower room. The water throughout the property is softened and rent includes unlimited wifi and reasonable use of utilities. You'd be sharing with one other person (me) who works as a healthcare professional. No pets but hedgehogs regularly visit the garden and if you're happy to put food out for them whenever I'm on holiday, that would be a bonus!

The room is available on a Monday to Friday basis which will suit someone who has a main home elsewhere but needs a room locally during the working week - whilst there may be a little flexibility possible depending on circumstances, it is not available for regular 7-day rental and not suitable for someone who needs it as their main residence. Previous lodgers have included ATC trainees at NATS and contract workers on local engineering or IT projects, the room is becoming available as my most recent lodger of 18 months has been transferred to a contract in another area.
