I have a furnished double room available in a newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse apartment, occupying the entire top floor, which has been finished to a high standard throughout.

The flat has a large open-plan kitchen and living area with plenty of space to relax, and with only two bedrooms and the whole top floor to ourselves, it offers a much more private and relaxed environment than a typical house share.

The bedroom is a good-sized furnished double, with use of the main bathroom. I have my own en-suite, so the main bathroom would be yours to use the vast majority of the time.

I'm looking for a clean, considerate and easy-going person to share the flat with. I'm friendly and happy to socialise and currently study locally. When not studying I work at sea and will therefore only be around for roughly 6 months of the year. You will find me to be laid back, social and very clean and tidy.

The location is convenient for Whiteley, Fareham, Solent Business Park and the M27, making it ideal for a professional, contractor, someone on a secondment or anyone relocating to the area.

I'm open to both longer-term and shorter/medium-term stays, so feel free to get in touch if you're looking for somewhere for a few months or longer. If shorter lets are required then i'm happy to have a discussion around notice period and deposits
