Dining room used for eating meals. please do not eat meals OR snacks in the bedroom

No Smoking/Vaping in the home (This is purely for my health.)

I have a chilli allergy so no chilli/capsican/paprika/cayenne pepper foods to be brought into the home or prepped cooked or zapped in the microwave. Thankyou

I have had x2 lodgers that have not adhered to my health & suffers 2 severe allergic reactions hence the last lodger being given notice to leave i do have an EpiPen but obviously I would not need to use this if the above requests are met by the lodger

Laundry & ironing can be undertaken for a fee saves you having to take it home at the weekends. £50 a month for work clothes shirts trousers & smalls

Tea Coffee Milk, Sugar etc...kitchen condiments all sundries
Toilet Roll Hand Wash bathroom cleaning agents hand gel all provided £50 a month
Bedding, Bath/Hand Towel provided & laundered weekly/fortnightly

Sensible use of electric/gas/water all are smart metered this may impact utility bills with excess use so may need to increase if you are excessive or bills increase dramatically by utility providers

Any damages/repairs/breakages at the time of the damage paid by lodger
