No Smoking/Vaping in/around the home (This is for my health.)

I have a severe chilli allergy so no chilli/capsican/paprika/cayenne pepper foods to be brought into the home or prepped cooked or zapped in the microwave. Thankyou …… I had x2 lodgers that did not adhere to wishes & my health & suffered x2 severe allergic reactions hence the last lodger having to leave i do have an EpiPen but obviously I would not need to use this if the above requests are met by the lodger)

Tea/Coffee/Skimmed Milk, Sugar other kitchen condiments included

Bedding/Bath/Hand Towel provided & laundered weekly in the summer & fortnightly in the winter months All Laundry & ironing can be undertaken for a fee
