The kitchen and laundry facilities are shared with only myself and I’m away part of the week. My current female lodger is moving out, so the room will be available from 6 September 2026.

The bed is king sized and has an Emma mattress. The bathroom has a heated floor, and the water is softened throughout the property. There is a good setup for parcel deliveries. The window has a black out blind. There’s lots of storage space in the wardrobes and drawers. High speed wireless internet access and household television licence are included. Access to modern kitchen with AEG appliances and instant hot tap - cupboard, fridge and freezer space provided. Access to Miele washing machine and tumble dryer for laundry. Shoe storage by front door. Garden space with comfortable seating.

Parking permits available if needed for adjacent car park at £20 per month.

Please note preference for no couples, no pets, and no smoking. Also, there’s currently no desk so likely not suitable for regular home working.
Available to rent for £1,150 per month which includes council tax (band E), household bills and weekly cleaners (every Wednesday morning). Paid monthly in advance. Subject to references, deposit, and a signed agreement.
