• Fully furnished shared spaces: kitchen, living room, bathroom & garden.
• Superfast WiFi included.
• Bills all included (water, gas, electric, council tax, internet).
• Driveway parking available.
• Small, quiet household (just 3 people in total).

• No smoking / no drugs 🚭.
• Keep things clean and respectful.
• Guests welcome (overnight stays limited),

💰 Rent & Details
• £550 pcm (all bills included).
• Deposit: 1 month’s rent.
• Move-in from: 23rd February.
• Minimum stay: 2 months.
