Peaceful double room + bath central Winchester

This is a lovely peaceful and bright double en-suite room at the top of a family house 5 minutes walk from Winchester High St. There is no traffic noise, and there are beautiful views across the valley from the room. En suite bathroom with shower. Shared space downstairs is the big family room (kitchen, dining, sitting) opening out into a pretty garden.

My daughter and I are looking for a lodger (preferably a woman) to share with who is friendly, relaxed, and happy to fit into a small but pleasant family home.

Parking on the street is possible with a resident's permit (£83/year) but is very tight, like most small old streets in central Winchester!
