Couples Welcome - 2 Bed Cosy Flat with Balcony

Are you looking for a quiet peaceful space where not many flatmates can disturb you? Where you can time to time invite a friend or a family member to stay over? Maybe you could check our cosy flat, in the Abbott's Barton area in Winchester, on foot 12 mins from the High Street.

It is a lovely sunny flat with a balcony looking towards the Winchester cathedral, sunny all year round as it is on the top floor. There would be a large double bedroom for you and your partner, with a door leading to the balcony, furnished with wooden furniture (table, chest of draws, wardrobe, double bed). There is also a comfy armchair in the room. Couples are very welcome, so come and get the vibe of the place.

There is a spare bed in the lounge for a visiting family member or a friend staying over. The kitchen has got 2 fridges (there is a professional couple in the smaller double bedroom) and plenty of storage space, the bathroom is shared. Smoking is possible on the balcony, so smokers are also welcome.
