Bright Double Room in Friendly Family Home

I have a bright and comfortable double room available in our family home from May 2026. The house is in a great location in Fulflood: close to the station, within walking distance of the city centre, university and hospital, with parking permits available.

The room is on the first floor at the back of the house.
* The bed is an ottoman with plenty of storage underneath
* Fitted wardrobe with integrated drawers
* A large desk and desk light
* A Drysoon so that you can always dry your washing
* You’ll be sharing the family bathroom with one other (me).

About us

* I’m an HR professional who works from home most of the week
* I live with my 18 year-old son, who takes his A Levels this summer. He plans to travel in 2027 before starting University in September next year
* My daughter is at Bristol university and joins us during holidays.

Could you be our ideal lodger?

We’re looking for a respectful, independent, clean, and tidy person who enjoys a peaceful home environment.
You will need to like dogs - we have a golden retriever who is very friendly
As I work from home four days a week ideally you will work elsewhere during the day
You'll understand this is a family home not a flat share
