Bright Double Room in Friendly Family Home

A comfortable double room is available in our welcoming family home from February. You’ll be sharing the family bathroom with one other (me).

I’m a professional female who works from home most of the week and live with my 18 year-old son, who’s studying for his A Levels this summer, and our very friendly golden retriever. My daughter is at university and joins us during holidays.

We’re looking for an independent, clean, and tidy lodger who enjoys a peaceful home environment. You will need to like dogs! As I work from home four days a week, it would suit someone who works elsewhere during the day. As this is a family home understanding the nuances between lodging and a house share is important.
The house is in a great location — close to the station, within walking distance of the university and hospital, with parking permits available.
