The house in Weeke is 10 minutes walk to Weeke shops, Aldi and Waitrose. A bus stop is 1 minute from the house and takes 7 minutes to get into central Winchester.

Please note, rent is paid monthly, therefore I would require 1 months rent in advance and 1 months deposit, to move in and then rent paid monthly thereafter. I will also need a copy of your photo I. D.
