Spacious Double Room with Stunning Views!

I am looking to rent a spacious double room (photo of the room to be updated - it has new furniture) yet can be furnished or unfurnished in a 3 bedroom house in Kings Worthy, Winchester. The house is absolutely immaculate and newly-renovated - overlooking fields with horses and cows! It has a huge front and back garden with gated parking for up to 4 cars! There is a shared kitchen and living room which has a double sofa bed that is free to use if you would like to have guests or family stay on occasion. Myself and the current lodger are both super relaxed however not at the property all the time. I live in Bristol Mon-Thurs and spend a lot of the weekend at my mums/partners as well. The lodger works mon-Fri at the office, and also has a partner in bristol and therefore shares her weekends across the two places. We are both very clean and tidy, and looking for someone similar!
