We’re currently looking for a third housemate to join our friendly and easy-going home in a spacious 3-bedroom house on Stanmore Lane.
The property offers generous living space throughout, including a bright lounge, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a large private garden with patio, and a shared bathroom plus additional downstairs toilet.
There are 5 bedrooms in total, 3 doubles and two singles. However the singles will remain locked leaving the us with 3 well-sized double rooms and no box room!
About us:
We’re both male working professionals (24 and 30) who are tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. We enjoy a good chat, the occasional film night, shared meal and the odd drink, but also value our own space and a relaxed home environment.
I have lived in the property for four years and have found it brilliant to live in with a very responsive estate agent and the landlord has always been very attentive!
About you:
We’re looking for someone tidy, considerate, and easy-going who’s happy to contribute to a positive household. Ideally a student or young professional, but the right attitude matters most.
