I am promoting two rooms in my house that my landlord is renting. Downstairs double is 680 and the ensuite is 720. The house is shared by myself (NB,28, museums), and (M25 software). The house is very clean and homely with a living room and we share the cleaning between us. We are fairly quiet and keep the house tidy and quiet at night.
