I live in a shared house, and someone is leaving in December. The rent including Bills is £690. Amenities are dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, living room, garden, free on street parking, easy bus link, and few housemates.
Its a south facing double room with an insane view on the 1st floor of a normal house with a blackout blind.
This is to gage interest- I will update as soon as I know with photos, date and price confirmation.
The house is shared by myself (NB, 28, museums), (F31, NHS) and (F21 studying). I would love for the house to remain clean and respectful, for someone wanting a friendly environment, as there has previously been many friends made through this houseshare
