I’m renting out a beautifully furnished double bedroom in a brand-new build flat in Winchester, available from the 1st of July. The flat is modern, spacious, and fully equipped, and you’ll have the place to yourself for long periods as I travel often. It’s in a fantastic location: close to the university, the hospital, and just a 20-minute walk to town. I’m easygoing, enjoy a clean and tidy space, and I prefer a similar vibe from my flatmate.
