Double En Suite Room with Allocated Parking Space

👋Hey! I'm Gabriella (28). I'm on the hunt for a new flatmate to live with from the end of July / beginning of August.

🏠I've just got a central 2-bed flat in Winchester near the hospital. It is Council Tax Band C.
Unfortunately, my flatmate has dropped out of the move-in due to family illness, so I am looking for someone to fill their room.

The flat is on the first floor, and you would have a double room, an en suite, and an allocated parking space. The rent is £750+bills. The move-in date is 27th July.

I am happy to send photos of the property through private messaging. The estate agent has asked that until I move in, I do not post photos of the property.

A bit about me:
I am a primary school teacher and have a side hustle of freelance illustration.
I love board game nights, running, horse riding, and socialising with friends.
