Hello! I'm moving out of my room in Flat 2, 36 Romsey Road, Winchester, SO22 and want someone to replace me.
The room is a double room that has an ensuite bathroom with a loo, a sink, and a shower. It's on Romsey road but far enough back from the road itself that it's reasonably quiet. The rent is £700 a month, with ~£220 a month bills (utilities and Council tax etc.). The property has no parking but there is free residential parking that's near enough to not be bothersome, and good bus connections with a bus stop right next to the gate leading to the property. The property is in Council Tax Band B. It's easy to walk to and from the city centre and train station from the property, both being about a 15 minute walk away.
