One bedroom modern flat, Winchester

I’m looking for a joint tenant with me on a contract for a one-bedroom, modern flat on Winnall Manor Road in WINCHESTER.
It’ll be unfurnished and the rent is £1,100/mth with Council Tax and bills paid for by me.

I won’t be using the place so it’s all yours. I merely need to be on a rental contract whilst I’m abroad and to maintain a UK address on paper.

In return, I’ll pay the Council Tax and bills.

There is parking provided on a first come, first served basis at the property.

There will be a credit check and the minimum guide is an annual income of £32,000 from you, conducted by the property agent.
