The rooms are all double and freshly decorated they all have smart tv’s , double beds , bedside tables / lamps and clothes hanging/storage, WiFi , and a shared bathroom all doors have locks .
Guest has full used of a fully equipped kitchen

The bedding and towels are provided with cleaning and bed changing on a weekly basis

Single occupancy, serviced accommodation suitable for professional

Smokers are welcome but no smoking in the property, outside only, there is an undercover shelter and a patio garden

We are conveniently on the main road to fawley 8 miles away .
with a pub 1 minute walk ( next door ) and fish and chip shop 2 minute walk away and other takeaways and Morrisons/ Tesco all near by
