Lovely Room in our home in Woolston

Front of our house

We have a spare room in our home and would like to offer it to a person who would appreciate living in our home.
The room has a view over our back garden; it has a central heating, a nice, comfortable double bed, drawers, bed side tables and lights, desk with chair, a large built in cupboard/wardrobe and a bookcase, the room is fully carpeted.
The bathroom has a bath and shower over, wash hand basin, cupboard and WC. This is shared with ourselves.
Downstairs there is a dining room with TV and the lounge also has a TV and comfortable chairs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals etc. At the end of the kitchen there is a laundry with washing machine, large cupboard, wash hand basin and another WC.
There is on road parking and we are not overlooked at the front as we are opposite to the car park for a local junior school. The road is very quiet and we have nice neighbours on both sides of our home.
My husband is Australian/British and I was born in UK, our sons & families live in Perth, Australia so we try to make an annual visit them, during that time, you would be in the home alone. Our next door neighbour is
We go away as much as we can, often housesitting in UK or Europe This year we are house sitting up north, and will be going away to Europe in early September.
All bills are included - Wifi, Council Tax, plus utilities, (subject to reasonable usage of course) and as all utilities are increasing we may have to charge a little more when and if this happens!
Buses are at the end of our road going into the city. It is an easy walk to the National Oceanography Centre, or the city centre its about 12 to 15 mins or 8 to 10 mins by bike.
We are a very relaxed couple, Ron enjoys walking and short runs, he used to regularly doing marathons, but is now doing shorter runs and long walks! I prefer less taxing activities such as cooking, sewing, reading etc.
Please Note, We are a strictly non smoking home and enjoy a glass of wine with our meals.
