A good sized double room in a lovely 3 bed bungalow with front and rear garden. Located in a safe and quiet cul de sac with on road parking. I smoke, but never indoors so can offer the same. I have a frenchie who is very attention seeking so am looking for a dog lover NOT a dog tolerator. This is very important. Well equipped kitchen, broadband and sky tv. A very calm and tidy home. I am used to sharing and my last housemate was with me for four and a half years. Interested in someone who cleans up after themselves.
