Large detached house, in Woolston/Sholing area... very well looked after and a really nice light, airy, space.

Housemates usually stay longer term, we've had a couple of people who have moved away for work but come back as they like the house so much! Friendly atmosphere and lots of positive reviews. Everyone gets on and there's respect for each other's privacy and the need for your own space.

Good standard of accommodation with big living space - lovely views over woodland/small lake. large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area - loads of space, (Great if you like to cook - there's always the microwave if not!) 2 showers and a bath. A great location - A short hop into the city centre and close to M27. 2 mins from local Station and bus stops and pubs plus takeaways, shop etc nearby. Driveway parking.
