Comfortable double room in family home

The room

This double room is priced for single occupancy (I would consider a couple with a rent of £750). Photos attached are taken with a wide angle lens for best effect.

I must point out that there is only one bathroom in this property-I am discovering this is an issue for some people, so mention so I don't waste anyone's time henceforth :) I've had lodgers for 25+ years and never had an issue with bathroom share, but....

This is a quiet Close with bay parking (first come first serve basis). Walking distance from bus stop. Easy access to train lines by car or bus.

Please note : there are parking bays in our road -unallocated, so on a first come first serve basis. I have no trouble finding parking in them. The parking on my drive is also first come first serve. (two cars)

Good local amenities.

We share the whole house together and try and respect each other's needs. We work long hours so no late night 'party animals' please. Shift workers are fine-we can work around sleep patterns. Only thing out of bounds are each other rooms. Use of washing machine and all kitchen amenities are also shared. Own double kitchen store cupboard, own fridge but share freeze with other lodger

Large living room is available to all. No landline use available.

Two Notes:
1) I foster rabbits occasionally and dogs frequency, so if you have any animal allergies this is NOT for you.
2) I REALLY mean no smokers. Not 'Oh I can smoke outside'! The habit not an issue with me - they are your lungs - just the smell :(
