Pretty much everything you see in the picture is included apart from the tv.

Of course people can add there own personal touches such as changing the pictures, it was previously an Airb&b room, so this is why it has been styled.

The room also has fast internet included in the price.

Locks are provided on each bedroom door to ensure privacy for all occupants

Located on Bromyard high street all amenities on the doorstep, great bus links to Worcester & Hereford, and all shops pubs restaurants, gym, library within walking distance from the property.

The apartment includes bath, shower, washing machine, tumble drying, gas central heating, well-appointed kitchen, with everything you need, all included.

The deposit is 5 weeks rent, due to the property being furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout. I understand accidents can happen and general wear and tear is unavoidable and I'm always happy to pay deposits back in full as long as people look after it and are respectful to the property.

Couples are welcome to apply, this is an ideal room, as probably more than 3x an average double room, but there is a extra charge for couples, please contact me for details.

The property is my main address, but I work away a lot and also spend time in my holiday home, so you will be mainly sharing with one other, mature lady.
I also offer my room as a guest room when i'm not using it, if my lodgers want friends or familly over for visits.
