The deposit is 5 weeks rent, due to the property being furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout. I understand accidents can happen and general wear and tear is unavoidable and I'm always happy to pay deposits back in full as long as people look after it and are respectful to the property.

Referances and good credit history are a must.

Pet considered on a one to one basis

Couples are welcome to apply, this is a ideal room, as probably more than 3x a average double room, but there is a extra charge for couples, please contact me for details.

The property is my main address, but I work away a lot and also spend time in my holiday home, so yul be mainly sharing with one other person.

I also have another room available, it's got a private balcony, but the room is smaller, so at lower price point.
