£500.00 a month.

Can't have animals due to our own dogs. You will not come into contact with them as they are in a separate part of the house. You are welcome to go into the current living room where the dogs are.
Garden use isn't available (doing gardening maintenance).
We already have 2 cars filling the spaces but can have 1 parked infront on the road.

Normal house rules, I can send a PDF of basic outline.

Within the room;
Newly carpeted, Single bed, chair, fridge, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, ledge for a small TV and games console (we don't have an ariel but there is WiFi included, TV not included), few useful boxes under the bed, just outside the room is a built in wardrobe with a rail and shelving.

Rent includes; all bills, use of washing machine & dryer, kitchen & appliences, WiFi, bathroom has both shower and bath.

Buy your own food, washing liquid for clothing and body wash etc.

Short or long term available.
