It may also suit professionals who maintain a main home elsewhere and need a secure weekday home-from-home to avoid long commutes, hotel costs, or short-term AirBnB stays.

The space is large — over 30 square metres — and includes SuperFast ZZOOMM broadband, Deco Mesh 6 WiFi, Ethernet connection, LG UHD Smart TV, and plenty of storage to help keep things uncluttered. It is secure for full 7-day use, even where the actual use pattern is 5 days or less per week.

The room has a green garden outlook and access to a compact fully-fitted kitchen and a large modern shower room, both conveniently on the same level.

International professionals relocating for UK work are welcome, subject to the usual Right-to-Rent checks.
