Situated just 3 minutes' walk from the train station and 5 minutes' walk from the hospital and town centre, the house provides great access to all that Hereford has to offer and yet is in a quiet, peaceful area.
We fully renovated and extended the property in July 2021, so it benefits from 4 new bathrooms, plus a separate WC, a new fully fitted kitchen with ample cooking, cleaning and storage facilities as well as dishwasher, washing machines and tumble driers.
Superfast broadband is available throughout the house, along with satellite TV. An HD TV, satellite box, bed, sofa, wardrobe and drawers are all provided.
