I’m offering a quirky double en-suite room in an old black and white detached house with charm and character situated in the quiet village of Wellington just north of Hereford. The spacious double en-suite room is on the first floor. Furnished but can be part or unfurnished. The house has a large shared living room, kitchen & dining area, and ground floor bathroom. Utility room with washing machine, dryer is in the garage. Peaceful spacious garden to enjoy where you will find inspiration and quiet solace away from busy life. I have an affectionate 12yr old female cat and will consider other cats.

There is a bus stop outside for getting into Hereford and beyond. The village has a shop/post office which is open every day. It's a good community here with varied talks and workshops happening in the community centre. There are lots of footpaths to explore out into nature..
