South of Hereford - Rooms to rent - Read in full

I am in the process of buying this property so please do not let the photos put you off. This is a 3 bedroom property and I'm only renting out 2 of the rooms. But I am not fussed which room people want. I would even be open to rent two of the rooms to one person if they want a separate space.

I am moving to Hereford with my dog (small/medium) who is very friendly. I'm pretty flexible in regards to how long you want to rent the room/rooms, I am open to couples but the cost would change.

Please note the house will need some work, carpets, painting etc. But everything currently works and any planned works will be discussed before completed. I don't plan to be knocking down walls whilst I'm renting the rooms out.

The move in date will be flexible, but I'm looking between August and September.

I don't care if you work from home or shifts. I would rather a friendly house mate.
