The house is fairly new, in a popular area of Whitecross, really close to Sainsburys, and about 5 mins walk from the city centre.
The room: is a good size double room, unfurnished, at the rear of the property.
About the house: on the ground floor – Entrance Hallway, spare room, toilet, Integral Garage (currently used for storage), access to garden. On the first floor has the Living Room and Kitchen and second floor are 2 Double Bedrooms and Bathroom. The property has Double Glazing, Off Road Parking in front of garage, Enclosed Rear Garden with Rear Access. There is plenty of parking on the street for guests! The house also has fridge/freezer, washing machine, digital TV, internet and home phone.
