Double room with kitchenette and own lounge area

The room is a large double room with its own kitchen facilities including a fridge freezer l, small smart cooker oven and microwave and sink. There is a double bed, chest of drawers and larger wardrobe. There is also a 2 seater leather sofa and tv stand. All bills are included in the rent including broadband. In addition to your rooms facilities there is also a dining area in the cellar and a communal kitchen too. The room had the benifit of having a shower and toilet next to the room only shared by one person in the house as there are 3 bathrooms so 1 between 2 rooms.
