I have a spare room available from 10th June in this lovely semi-detached house I'm renting not far from Hereford city centre (15 min walk away through the Bishop Meadows).

The room has a built-in wardrobe, and will come with a bedframe, and chest of drawers. Currently it's used as a spare office and storage room, hence the bags on the floor you can see in the photos.

I'm looking for someone who'll be a great lifestyle fit, ideally a young professional who will be respectful and help me keep the house and garden in great condition. At times in the year I'm very busy, working away, and spending weekends away too. Other times I'm chilling at the house enjoying time to myself. I can be sociable, but through the week I keep my head down as I have a full-time job and run a business on the side.

Things I love most about the house: the front and back garden spaces, the garage storage space, the sheltered alleyway for drying clothes outside even when it rains, the outside decking linked to the kitchen, and the location being close to the city centre but not in a loud or hectic part.

The house has a couple of smaller spare rooms, one of which will be a communal office space, the other has a sofa-bed in (the pelaton bike won't be staying). There's a spare bathroom downstairs, and main bathroom upstairs with a shower and a separate bath.
