Double en-suite room available on the first floor of a beautiful and spacious house in Holme Lacy (with only one other human resident).

The bedroom is furnished, but if you'd like to bring your own furniture, that is not a problem. The only piece of furniture that has to stay put is the bedframe.

There is a large kitchen and a large sitting room. The lodger would have their own full size fridge/ freezer for their personal use. There is also a utility room with a victorian airer and a washer/ dryer.

There is plenty of parking behind secure electric gates and a decent sized garden.

All bills, council tax, and broadband (up to 50mb) are included in the £700 pcm.

The only other person living in the house is myself (and my pets). I have two dogs and two canaries.

Herefordshire and Ludlow College (Holme Lacy Campus) is a 10 minute walk and Hereford is a 15 minute drive. There is also a bus stop within 5 minutes walk of the house for the 454, which has regular buses into (and out of) Hereford.

The house is in a lovely area and very quiet, with access to a network of extensive footpaths, without having to set foot on a busy road.
