Double ensuite in shared apartment with parking

A double ensuite room available furnished/unfurnished depending on requirment. If furnished there can be chest of draws, bed side table, desk if required, small book case, wardrobe, double bed. Parking available and secure lockable bike store. Very quiet and well maintained appartment block with access to park and countryside. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a modern secure building with automatically locking doors and buzzer system. Secure postal boxes in communal area. You will have use of the kitchen facilities and living room area, although there is a TV telephone point in your room. There is excellent ensuite shower room to your room with instant hot water and shaver charging. The apartment is light and airy and recently updated with LED dimable spot lights. There is use of a vaccum cleaner and you are welcome to use kitchen utensils and pots and pans etc. I just ask that you clean up after yourself and be respectful and I will show you respect in return. There is a three bin recycling system in place and we all abide to it in the building. Its fairly simple, just wash out containers and put in the right coloured bins. Im looking for 3 month minimum rental with extension for as long as you require. But I would probably say review every 6 months or so.
