Attractive country cottage among beech/bluebell woods in an AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) above the Wye Valley. Very quiet and peaceful, with a nature reserve opposite and excellent walks. Some very good pubs nearby at Symonds Yat, with ferry and footbridge giving access over the Wye to the Forest of Dean. Monmouth 4 mls, Ross-on-Wye 9 mls.

The double room is on the ground floor overlooking the patio and garden. It has a king-size bed and fitted cupboards with plenty of storage, plus own TV and kettle. The weekly rent is £130 single occupancy, £140 double occupancy. Gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi and Council Tax are all included.

CURRENTLY OFFERED AT £110/£120 (single/double) because of disorder in living room following disruptive building work, with owner's ill health slowing down reparations! To revert to full rate when appropriate but not for at least 2 months. The room itself is immaculate!

The kitchen is shared, as is the bathroom, and a large living room. There is off-road parking space, broadband, freezer, washing machine and other usual amenities. Suit quiet occupant.

There is a vegetable plot available if wanted, with unlimited supply of stable manure!
