Hi,

One double room to rent with en-suite bathroom in a large detached house with tropical garden.

The property has a good size kitchen, separate laundry room, dining area and a wonderful landscaped garden with a variety of plants and several seating areas.

Parking is available. One private driveway space and also parking on the street immediately outside. There is a garage for anyone with a motorbike.

I'm looking for housemates who are clean and tidy, friendly, independent and respectful of all. I have three cats. The property can accommodate more cats potentially but dogs will not be suitable (sorry). I'm a shift worker, so shift workers definitely welcome. I'm very understanding.
